Steps for a Mentally Thriving UK

At the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, The Mental Health Foundation has today published findings from research it commissioned in March 2017.

The report ‘Surviving or Thriving? The state of the UK’s mental health’  highlights that current levels of good mental health are disturbingly low and that collective mental health is deteriorating.

The Foundation then goes on to call for the government to take five specific steps to protect and improve mental health for all.

One of those steps is a  ‘100% Health’ Check to help people to manage their mental health and reduce their risks as well as identifying where they need professional mental health support.

By providing them with CANTAB cognitive assessment technology, a growing number of organisations are already helping people take this step for themselves.
